How to prepare for a doctor\'s visit?

To ensure the most productive doctor's visit, please take the time to prepare in advance. Write down most important information.

Things to consider:

  • What are your current complaints?
  • List any previous illnesses and injuries.
  • Family (blood relatives) history of diseases.
  • Bring along all relevant test results, including blood tests, X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, MRIs, etc.
  • Prepare a list of all medications you are currently taking, including dosages, even if they are not directly related to your health concern.
  • Write down any questions you want to ask the doctor.
